Innocruise currently ships to the following countries and regions:

• North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

• Europe: All European countries except Iceland, the Netherlands, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Estonia, Norway, and Ireland

• Asia: Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia

Estimated Delivery Times

• USA (products stocked in the U.S.):
  5–8 business days

• Other Countries:
  8–20 business days depending on local postal and customs conditions

Shipping Methods

• U.S. Orders:
  Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

• International Orders:
  Shipped using the most suitable method (e.g. standard mail, registered mail, EMS).
  Delivery time varies by destination and customs regulations.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, except in the case of pre-orders or backorders.
If your order hasn’t shipped after 2 business days, please contact us with your order number.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you after shipment. You can track the package using the link provided in the confirmation email.

How to Modify or Cancel an Order
If your order has not yet shipped, you may email us at sales@innocruise.de within 24 hours to request changes or cancellation.

• If the order has already shipped (tracking number received or order marked as “Complete”), it cannot be changed or canceled.

• After delivery, you may request a return within 30 days in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address After Shipping
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you. Reshipping will be possible after the address is corrected, but you will need to cover the reshipping cost.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 1–2 business days. You can choose to:

• Wait for restock

• Replace the item

• Cancel the order and receive a full refund
